Rehab Loan

What is a Rehab Loan?

A Rehab loan (also known as Property Restoration Loan) allows you to purchase or refinance your home and complete your home renovation projects. This loan product is for either your primary residence or investment properties.

A final inspection of the renovation project will be required 6 months after loan closing, when the work has been completed. Any additional funds not used for the home projects will be applied to the principal balance.

Available in Scott and Rock Island Counties. Ask your licensed Loan Officer for details on this program.
